The next morning i woke up with the most excruciating back pain, the beds were so uncomfortable. We paid 10 euros to use the safe, once in the room the safe didnt work. The next day the same belboy was back at work so he lied to us.
I just stared at him bewildered, i told my husband and he couldnt believe it. I would not recommend this hotel at all, upon arrival after checking in late at night we were helped to our room by a belboy, he hovered waiting for his tip, we had no euros or lira on us so asked if we could tip him tomorrow, he said we wouldnt be at work, so all we had was a £20 note so asked him to get some change and take £5, he came back with a 10 euro note.
